PSD offers free U.S. Exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

• Exchange must be initiated within 30 days of your orders ship date. 
• Exchanges are for SIZE only (we cannot exchange for different styles and/or prints)
• Exchanges are only offered for products that are currently available.
• Exchanges are only offered for domestic US orders. We do not offer international exchanges.
• Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. 
• Your item must have been purchased through our website, not from a store/retailer. 
• If your exchange is approved, it will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks once received by our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
• All Mystery Items are final sale and as such, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate an exchange, you will need:

• Your order # (can be found in your confirmation email)
• The shipping zip code, or email address
