- Exchange must be initiated within 30 days of your orders ship date.
- Exchanges are for size only (we cannot exchange for different styles and/or prints). Additionally, youth sizes cannot be exchanged for adult sizes.
- Exchanges are only offered for products that are currently available. If the size you need is not available please submit a return instead.
- Exchanges are only offered for domestic US orders. We do not offer international exchanges.
- Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Your item must have been purchased through our website not from a store/retailer.
- All Mystery Items are final sale and as such, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Duplicate Mystery Styles cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate an exchange, you will need:
- Your order # (can be found in your confirmation email)
- The shipping zip code, or email address

Once you submit your request, you will be emailed a return label that is valid for 28 days. Customers bear the risk of loss during shipment.
Exchange shipping is free for all customers.
*Please note that orders that are shipped to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are not eligible for size exchanges.
