1.  Click Here to start your return 

2.  Fill in your Order Number* and Email. Then click "Start Return"

*Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or PSD account.

3.  Choose the item you wish the return

a. Return Date - Last Date to Submit Return Request

b. Items available to return/exchange

4.  Choose the reason for your return

5.  Click “Return Item” 

and then "Continue with return"

You can add more items, if needed. 

6. Select the the refund to your Original Payment Method*

* we are unable to issue store credit or refund to different payment method. 

7.  Review your return and Click "Submit Return"

10.  Your free return return label will be emailed to you!

11. Once received by our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 1 - 2 weeks.
