PSD offers free U.S. returns on items that meet the following criteria:

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of your orders ship date. 
• Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. 
• Your item must have been purchased through our website, not from a store/retailer. 
• We DO NOT accept returns/refunds on items that were part of a special offer or reshipment.
• If your return is approved, it will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks once received by our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
• All Mystery Items are final sale and as such, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, you will need:

• Your order # (can be found in your confirmation email)
• The shipping zip code or email address

Once you submit your request, you will be emailed a return label that is valid for 28 days. 

*Please note that orders that are shipped to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are not eligible for free returns.
