What do I do if I'm missing items or received the wrong item?Updated 17 hours ago

If Order Protection was included with your purchase, please visit this link to submit a claim for your order.

If you did not include Order Protection with your purchase, please contact our customer service team and we'll help you with getting this issue resolved. When you contact us please make sure to have your order number and a picture of the incorrect item you received. 

It may take up to 2-3 business days to investigate the issue. The typical resolution is that we can reship the correct items, if they are in stock.
